My Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to the following;

GENERAL
 

• I primarily do feral animals (Any species! but humans) But can and will do Anthro, again no human art! (Yet)

• I will do any type of couples.

• I will do blood/gore to an extent, just throw the idea at me and I can let you know if i'm comfortable with it.

• I can and will do mature content but you must have an FA account and contact me there, under the same name 'Vosify'.

• If it's been a decent amount of time, feel free to message me and politely ask me how things are going! I don't mind updating!- Please be patient! Expect about a 3-4 week (Though I strive for faster I don't like to rush quality) turn around for your commission if it is simple. If multiple orders are placed or larger orders are placed, then note your commission may take longer!

• I only offer refunds if I am unable to complete your commission for whatever reason. If you are so unsatisfied with your finished piece, talk to me and I'll try to work something out with you.

• I usually send a sketch for approval for larger art, but not with small art. So frequently check messages as I don't finish a piece if its waiting for approval from you. 

ART RULES

• Do NOT edit my art (unless you have my explicit permission).

• Art I do for any character may be traded/sold along with the character, not seperatly.

• Custom Characters and Litter Pups come with no rules attached (just credit me on any new references for the design).

• Bases (custom, premade, and based sketches) may be resold for any currency as both recolours and as the base itself. This rule must transfer with the base! Meaning no extra rules may be added to any base I credit. NOTE; I will do 4 personal recolours on any base I create. If this is a problem, do not order.

REGARDING PAYMENT
 

• Payment must be received within 48 hours (Unless a different deal is discussed) of me accepting your order. If payment is not received, your order is then cancelled.

• I take payment upfront, unless otherwise agreed upon.

• I only accept USD via paypal. Payments must be sent as goods and services with no shipping. Please also attach your name/ID in the notes.

REGARDING EDITS
 

• General Edits; I don't mind fixing/editing small things or things that I may have missed or done wrong! C:

• Litter Pup Edits; I do not mind adding small things to pups (freckles, smaller markings, etc), but I will not do large changes or completely redo the design. If there are markings/specifics you must have, please put them in the form. Otherwise, don't be surprised if I do not add them. I will also not make edits to the lines unless it is something I have to correct due to my own error.

• NOTE: You have a week after completion to get back to me about edits, after that I often don't have access to the work file.

I HAVE THE RIGHT TO DENY ANY COMMISSION FOR ANY REASON I SEE FIT.
